Al Jazeera Academy opened its doors to students in September 2002. It is a modern international educational institution which comprises three separate schools within a single campus to cater for all students from Nursery to Year 12. Our three schools are:

  • Nursery (Preschool – Year 6);
  • The Secondary Girls School (Years 7 – 12);
  • The Secondary Boys School (Years 7 – 12).

AS Levels are offered for students only wanting a one year programme in Year 12.

IGCSE Examinations are currently taken by students at the end of Year 11.

Each school aims to provide an exciting, challenging and innovative learning environment for students of all nationalities.

AJA aims to develop each student’s ability to think critically and laterally, to make considered judgments, solve problems and show initiative in undertaking tasks. This learning takes place in a friendly and caring school environment, in which each student feels safe and secure, and where they can strive to achieve personal excellence
